Payment and shipping:

When will my order ship?

If the items you have ordered are in stock, your order will ship within a week. If your order contains items that are not in stock, there might be delays.

Do you have tracking information?

If your order is over 2 kg or has a value of over 2000 NOK the shipment will have a tracking code provided by Bring. If you wish to have your tracking code, you can request it by using the contact form here, and we’ll send it to you as quickly as possible.

I have confirmed the pre-payment. When will my order ship?

Your order will ship once the payment has been processed and confirmed in our systems. The processing time might be a couple of days.
