How do I register?

If you are a new customer, please create a new account.

  1. Click on ‘Log in’ at the top right corner of your browser window.
  2. Choose ‘New user?’.
  3. Fill in the required information, choose a password and choose if you wish to receive newsletters from us.
  4. Click on ‘Finish’.

 

You have now created a new account at Skanfil! However, if you are a returning customer, you must create a new password. Your old password will not work on our new website. To create a new password:

  1. Click on ‘Log in’.
  2. Choose ‘Forgot password’.
  3. Key in your e-mail address and press ‘send’.
  4. You will receive an e-mail with a link to set a new password.
  5. Log in with your e-mail and new password.
How do I save a search?

Saving a search is an excellent way to quickly get back to interesting items, as well as receiving a notification by e-mail when items that might pique your interest are available. Read more about how you can save your searches here.

Where can I find my saved searches?

You can always find your saved searches under ‘my page’ and ‘my profile’. Read more about how you can save your searches here.

How can I save items I want to follow?

To save listings for items you want to keep track of you can click the ‘eye’ icon on the item listing. The item will then be added to the ‘observing’ page on your profile page. If you want to place a bid on an item you are observing, you must click on the item to access the item’s listing before placing a bid on it.

How do I change my personal information i.e., address or e-mail?

Log in and go to ‘my page’. Go to ‘my user profile’ and click ‘edit’ to make changes to your information.

How do I change my bank account number?
